The MOKO Programme is a new health initiative in Kaitaia that will provide free medical care for 2000 children at 14 low decile schools within the school environment. The main focus is to prevent rheumatic fever through offering throat swabs.
We have recently received a certificate of appreciation for our support and sponsorship towards the 2014 MOKO Games. Below is the letter of appreciation from the MOKO Team:
Dear Juken Nissho:
Moko Games was a great success! The day was filled with fun and laughter by all who attended and the event is still getting rave reviews from all schools, parents and teachers.
On behalf of the MOKO Team, I would like to extend a heart-felt thank you for your support in this event and helping make this even so successful. It was the vision of the MOKO Team to provide a day of games for the children that also demonstrated some of the health messages we provide in schools but most of all a day full of FUN, FUN, and FUN! Your generous contributions made this day possible.
As we continue to grow as a chapter please know that partnerships with our sponsors are vital to the success of this chapter. You are appreciated. We have provided photos attached so you are able to see how the day went.
Sincerely,
The MOKO Team
