Update 15th June 2026: The Whareama Road Public Easement is now open Whareama Road Public Easement – Closed Due to recent weather events a slip is blocking the thoroughfare from Whareama Road to Waihora Road. Access is closed until further notice. Access to Rewa Reserve from Puketiritiri gate remains unaffected.
